Survey Concerning Student Meals During a Potential School Closure

We are trying to be as prepared as possible, should we need to close our school for a period of time due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. One of our concerns is the availability of food for your children's breakfast and lunch, when they are used to eating those meals at school. We have the ability to continue to provide "sack" breakfasts and lunches for those in need. These meals would be available for pick up at designated times at the Elementary School.
