Ready.gov is an awesome website for resources and guidelines for families - it's for emergency preparedness for many situations & they have added a new section just for COVID-19. It’s extremely easy to navigate and would be a great resource as it even has an awesome ‘talking with kids’ option under the human Coronavirus option on the opening page.
Nebraskamed.com is specific to the NE Med Center and does a wonderful job keeping Nebraskans updated on the quarantine efforts specific to them. It’s a great link where you can get a quick summary of the amazing things being done right here in our great state.
DHHS has opened a statewide Coronavirus informational line to help answer general questions and share the latest info/resources. Please feel free to share the number! 402-552-6645 - this line is open 7 days a week from 8AM - 8PM.
If you or someone you know believes they might be positive, the emergency hotline# to call is 402-961-1718 (open 24/7) OR your healthcare provider - don’t go to the hospital and/or clinic without calling first—this is extremely important to remember as this will only spread it.
Stay healthy & please contact me with any questions!
