Back to School Night is August 12th! We are excited to see everyone.
Back-to-school displays are starting to pop up. Don't worry, we still have four weeks of summer left! Here is the classroom supply list for this school year.
The 2026-2027 School Calendars are printed and available for pick up at the O'Neill Public Schools Administrative Office at 635 N 4th Street! Please stop by during normal business hours (9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Calendars are located on the table inside the entryway.
The grab-and-go breakfast order for next week is available. Please get your order in by 6/21/26 @ 11:59 pm. Please pick up orders at the Elementary School between 11:00 am-11:30am each day.

Elementary Honor Band Held
On Saturday May 2nd, 28 5th & 6th Grade Band students from O’Neill traveled to Neligh to rehearse and perform in the 2026 Nate Metschke Memorial Honor Band. The 17th annual Elementary Honor Band created by the late Nate Metschke. Nate was a Chambers High School graduate and Neligh-Oakdale Music teacher before his passing in 2018.
The 5th grade band was under the direction of Carrie Jenson, band instructor in Norfolk. The 6th grade band was conducted by Jonathan Jaworski, composer and music teacher in Blair.
