The Junior High Girls Wrestling Tournament scheduled for this afternoon (1/30/26) in Wayne has been cancelled.

On Wednesday, Jan 28th, opera singer Kyle Ketelsen Zoomed in and chatted with the O’Neill High School Choir. Kyle is currently in Munich, Germany rehearsing for the opera “Faust” in which he will play the part of Mephistopheles. “Faust” will premiere on February 8th in the National Theater. Kyle discussed his life, how he got into opera and his experiences traveling the world as a baritone/bass singer. Many OHS Choir members have never seen opera so this was a great opportunity to learn from Kyle what opera is all about.

Congratulations to Suhani Chaudhari, recipient of the KHOP in Nursing at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and Brenna Davis, recipient of the RHOP in Radiology at Wayne State College!
