OHS Robotics Teams Compete at State Competition

KBRX - The 2023 Nebraska State VEX Robotics Championships will be held at both the Middle School and High School at Omaha North on Friday and Saturday, March 10 & 11, 2023.
Competing will be 31 middle school teams and 48 high school teams.
Friday night is the Skills competition. Where teams will have 1 minute to score as many points with all programmed autonomous functions in the robot and a 1 minute driver portion.
Saturday will be the tournament competition. The competition will consist of around 80 qualifying matches, with each team participating 7 seven times. The teams will then go into alliance selection with the top teams being able to pick their partner until 16 alliances are formed. Those 16 alliances will then go into a single elimination tournament.
